I teach an alignment based, Vinyasa Flow style of yoga in a small studio in my garden. I teach individuals or small groups of up to 3 people. This means that I can tailor the practice specifically to you.

We will go at your pace and target your own needs and goals.

The first few sessions will help you to re-connect with your body and for us to identify the areas that require the most attention, be it from a sports injury, stress, depression or other underlying factor. Once we have identified your goal, I can then tailor your practice to help you achieve this.
